COMPANY PROFILE
GESCHICHTE
PTT was founded in 2010 with initial expertise in precision machining.
In 2011, the Engineering Design Department was established, offering one-stop injection mold solutions.
By 2012, a dedicated mold testing center equipped with injection molding machines was set up.
Precision machining capabilities were expanded in 2015 to include CNC, EDM, WEDM, and other processes.
A 100,000-class cleanroom was introduced in 2016 to serve medical products.
Lift and Strip technology was applied to multi-cavity medical molds in 2018.
In 2020，Automate CNC-CMM-EDM implemented in the Facility
In-mold servo (IMS) technology was implemented in 2023.
In 2025, PTT moved into a modern 20,000㎡ facility and established PTT Singapore.

CNC machining center is equipped with high-speed CNC processing equipment, delivering micron-level machining precision and exceptional surface quality.
EDM DEPARTMENT
The EDM-WEDM center is equipped with state-of-the-art machine models and an automated processing system, enabling 24/7 uninterrupted production.
MOLD TESTING CENTER
The Mold Testing Center is equipped with 50T to 500T injection molding machines, providing comprehensive pre-production validation and test data collection for trial molds and production molds.
QC DEPARTMENT
The Measurement Center is equipped with Zeiss and Hexagon CMM, optical measuring instruments, and an automated electrode measurement system.
MAINTENANCE
PTT provides on-site startup services for customers. You can fully count on our professional expertise to deliver comprehensive support for your production projects.
